When making a decision to sell your property one of the hardest decisions to make is choosing an agent you can trust with your biggest asset. Being a licensed real estate agent myself, I had high expectations on service and for the overall outcome in general, which made the decision all the more crucial. I interviewed 3 local agents and was somewhat disappointed with the lack of service. I had purposely left Chase Property Group last as I knew what to expect.
Having purchased my property from Chase property group, I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating, prompt and diligent they were with the entire process. From returning phone calls to answering questions at no stage did I feel that I was left in the dark on any point. This made my decision easy.
Upon appointing Michael, Greg and Annie on the sale, a meeting was arranged whereby I was presented with an in depth market report, including recent sales, a detailed marketing strategy and selling suggestions to ensure a maximum selling price. I was very impressed with with the attention to detail and the thorough planning that went into the preparation for the sale.
So the campaign commenced, and their constant feedback on both response to marketing from buyers, and following up on open house inspections was second to one. A detailed report was given to me following the first week of inspections, with an eventual sale being negotiated on the 2nd weekend of the campaign. The team managed to achieve a price very close to asking price which I must say exceeded my expectations.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team for their hard work and expertise. I have no doubt that their comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and decades of experience ensured the best outcome possible. My sincerest gratitude for their service.
