" Polite, proactive and professional "
Tracey has been the Property Manager of our unit for nearly ten years. In that time, we have always found her to be very polite, proactive and professional.She has always managed to find good tenants who keep the unit in excellent condition. Vacancy periods are minimal.When maintenance is required, Tracey always lets us know promptly in order to cause minimum disruption to the tenants. She also keeps us informed of regular inspections.Through Tracey and Chris Savelle, we have never had a problem with tenants being late to meet rental payments.We would recommend Tracey as the Property Manager of choice for anyone with a property to let.
